目的:探讨运动营养补剂对体育专业大学生大强度运动训练前后部分血液生化指标影响。方法:20名体育专业生随机分为服药组(实验组)和非服药组(对照组),每组10人。并分别于大强度运动训练前后,分别抽取肘静脉血,采用半自动化生化分析仪测定血液乳酸脱氢酶、激酸肌酶、谷草转氨酶、尿素及总蛋白等生化指标,对各指标值进行统计分析。结果:实验组和对照组TP、AST值四次差异检验都无显著性差异(P<0.05);训练后实验组与对照组LDH值有较大差异,但没有达到显著性差异水平(P<0.05);实验组Urea值较训练前呈下降趋势,并具有显著性差异(P<0.05);训练后,实验组与对照组CK值有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:该补剂能在一定程度上延缓运动性疲劳的发生,对过度训练所造成机体组织损伤的修复具有一定的促进作用。
Objective: To investigate the effects of sports nutrition supplements on some blood biochemical indexes before and after intensive training of PE majors. Methods: Twenty sports majors were randomly divided into medication group (experimental group) and non-medication group (control group) with 10 in each group. The elbow venous blood was extracted before and after intensive training. The biochemical indexes such as blood lactate dehydrogenase, creatine kinase, aspartate aminotransferase, urea and total protein were measured by semi-automatic biochemical analyzer. Statistical analysis was made on each index . Results: There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group (P <0.05). There was a significant difference in LDH between the experimental group and the control group (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference (P < 0.05). The Urea value of experimental group showed a downward trend compared with that before training, and had significant difference (P <0.05). After training, the CK value of experimental group and control group was significantly different (P <0.05). Conclusion: The tonic can delay the occurrence of exercise-induced fatigue to a certain extent, and can promote the repair of tissue damage caused by over-training.
