心房颤动(房颤)是一种临床最常见的心律失常,因其临床上常表现出难治性与顽固性,其发病机制和病理生理学已成为房颤研究的热点之一。传统观点认为房颤继发于体循环或心脏疾病导致的心房电生理或结构重塑,除了心血管疾病相关的房颤,还有10%~20%的房颤为“孤立性”或“特发性”。
