采用国际通用的鉴别寄主法,鉴定连作条件下大庆和安达大豆胞囊线虫天然育种病圃生理小种和HG毒力类型。结果表明:生产条件下安达地区大豆胞囊线虫优势小种为毒力较强的14号生理小种,大庆地区为3号生理小种。室内盆栽鉴定安达试验基地HG类型为1.3.4.7,大庆试验基地HG类型为7。由于大豆胞囊线虫生理小种和毒力类型的组成日趋多样性,迫切需要发掘新的抗源和加紧培育水平抗性品种。
Using internationally accepted identification host method, the identification of physiological races and HG virulence species in natural breeding of Daqing and Anda Soybean cyst nematodes under continuous cropping conditions. The results showed that the dominant race of Soybean cyst nematode in the Anda region was the race 14 with strong virulence, and the race 3 in Daqing. The HG genotype of Anderson experimental base was 1.3.4.7 and the HG type of Daqing experimental base was 7. Due to the increasingly diverse composition of the Soybean Cyst nematode physiological races and virulence types, there is an urgent need to find new sources of resistance and to step up the cultivation of resistant varieties.
