改革开放以来,随着中国公路事业的迅猛发展,企业化管理逐渐成为当前我国高速公路管理的主要形式之一。社会主义市场经济条件下,这种新旧体制的变革必然会带来不可避免的矛盾,这种矛盾也会在职工的各个方面突出的表现出来。本文结合笔者工作实际,就当前公路征费部门职工思想政治工作中存在的问题进行探讨,并对如何加强公路征费部门职工思想政治工作提出了自己的见解,希望为公路征费部门职工思想政治工作的建设出谋划策。
