目的 :借助 CT的薄层骨窗扫描技术和三维重建技术 ,寻找一种新的颅中窝径路内听道( internal auditory canal,IAC)的定位方法。方法 :对 2 0例成人干颅标本进行薄层骨窗 CT扫描、测量并进行三维 CT( 3 DCT)重建。结果 :IAC底的中点至同侧颞板间的距离 d为 2 5.7± 1 .4 mm,IAC底的中部至同侧颞板间的连线与冠状轴间的夹角α为 1 1 .1± 4 .8°。结论 :在确定的平面上 ,过颧弓根做与冠状轴成 α角的连线 ,在此线上向内移行距离 d即定位出 IAC。本研究通过 CT扫描测量与三维 CT重建技术 ,术前就可以了解每位病人的具体颞骨解剖特点 ,根据测量的准确数据 ,就能够精确定位 IAC,从而达到“一人一定位”的目标 ,可望弥补传统定位方法的不足。
OBJECTIVE: To search for a new method of localization of the internal auditory canal (IAC) by means of CT scan and 3D reconstruction. Methods: Twenty cases of adult skull specimens were scanned by thin-section bone-window computed tomography. Three-dimensional CT (3-DCT) reconstruction was performed. Results: The distance d between the midpoint of IAC and the ipsilateral temporal plate was 2 5.7 ± 1 .4 mm. The angle α between the line connecting the middle of iAC to the ipsilateral temporal plate and the coronal axis was 1 1. 1 ± 4 .8 °. CONCLUSIONS: In a defined plane, the anterior zygomatic arch is angled at an angle of α to the coronal axis, and the inward AC travels a distance of d to locate the IAC. In this study, CT scanning and three-dimensional CT reconstruction techniques, preoperative understanding of each patient’s specific temporal bone anatomical characteristics, accurate measurements based on the data can be accurately positioned IAC, so as to achieve the “one person one positioning” target, expected Make up for the lack of traditional positioning methods.
