一、临床资料 96例中,男64例,女32例。年龄3～74岁,其中14岁以下38例,15～35岁9例,36～55岁12例,55岁以上37例。病程短者6个月,长者28年。Ⅰ度脱垂35例,Ⅱ度脱垂43例,Ⅲ度脱垂18例。 二、治疗方法 注射前三天限制多渣饮食,术前1h以“固脱Ⅰ号方”灌肠(生黄芪30g,升麻、白芨各10g,金银花、黄柏、五倍子各20g,加水700ml,煎至300ml去渣,纳入明矾20g,文火浓缩至150ml,再加入庆大霉素32万单位,待温时即可缓慢灌入)。手
