本文报导了常压合成金属簇络合物的新方法,合成了BrCCo_3(CO)_9和β-C_(10)H_7GCo_3(CO)_9。考察了这两种簇络合物对己烯-1的醛化活性,并和HCCo_3(CO)_9、ClCCo_3(CO)_9、PhCCo_3(CO)_9及C_2H_5O_2CCCo_3(CO)_9等簇络合物的醛化活性进行了比较。结果表明,这两种簇络合物亦是新型的烯烃醛化催化剂。在较缓和的条件下(反应温度140℃,压力40公斤/厘米~2,反应4小时),己烯-1转化率达98%以上,醇醛选择性95%以上。讨论了YCCo_3(CO)_9金属簇络合物作为醛化催化剂的特点。
This paper reports a new method for the synthesis of metal cluster complexes at atmospheric pressure. BrCCo 3 (CO) _9 and β-C_ (10) H_7GCo_3 (CO) _9 were synthesized. The hydroformylation activity of hexadecene-1 with HCCo_3 (CO) _9, ClCCo_3 (CO) _9, PhCCo_3 (CO) _9 and C_2H_5O_2CCCo_3 (CO) _9 The hydroformylation activity was compared. The results show that these two cluster complexes are also new aldehyde hydroformylation catalysts. Under mild conditions (reaction temperature 140 ℃, pressure 40 kg / cm ~ 2, reaction time 4 h), the conversion of hexene-1 reached over 98%, and the selectivity to alcohol aldehyde was above 95%. The characteristics of YCCo_3 (CO) _9 metal cluster complexes as hydroformylation catalysts are discussed.
