本文报道了36例恶性肿瘤患者,大剂量化疗或大面积(全身)放射治疗后,使用冷冻保存(4℃冰箱,干冰,液氮)的自身骨髓对加速造血功能恢复的初步效果。结果表明回输后对受药物或射线抑制的造血和免疫系统有促进恢复和重建之效应。讨论了自身骨髓采取、冷冻保存和活性测定的方法以及骨髓中瘤细胞的分离。自身骨髓输注临床使用安全可靠,对常规治疗无效的患者提供了新的治疗途径。因而对这种方法值得进一步研究。
This paper reports the preliminary results of 36 patients with malignant tumor who were treated with cryopreservation (4 ℃ refrigerator, dry ice, liquid nitrogen) bone marrow to accelerate hematopoietic recovery after high-dose chemotherapy or large area (whole body) radiotherapy. The results indicate that post-infusion effects of recovery and reconstruction on the hematopoietic and immune systems inhibited by drugs or radiation. The method of taking, cryopreservation and activity determination of bone marrow and the separation of tumor cells in bone marrow were discussed. Its own clinical use of bone marrow infusion safe and reliable, routine treatment of patients with ineffective provides a new treatment. Therefore, this method deserves further study.
