本文讨论了粉末冶金成形模配合间隙与其制品压坯同轴度精度的关系。通过分析成形过程中几种特例并经试验证实:压坯的最大壁厚差等于模具的总间隙。从而得出,成形模配合间隙的设计应以制品压坯的壁厚差决定。指出其间隙的设计应符合下式: 最大间隙C_(1max)+C_(2max)≤_max△-ε_a-e 最小间隙C_(1mirn)及C_(2min)≥经验值(表1)
This paper discusses the relationship between the gap of powder metallurgy forming die and the concentricity of its products. By analyzing several special cases during the forming process and confirmed by experiments, the maximum thickness difference of the green compact is equal to the total gap of the mold. It follows that the design of the forming die clearance should be determined by the difference in wall thickness of the compacted product. It is pointed out that the design of the clearance should be in accordance with the following formula: The maximum clearance C_ (1max) + C_ (2max) ≤_max △ -ε_a-e The minimum clearance C_ (1mirn) and C_ (2min)
