采用一种新的钻孔标定方法──有应力钻孔标定法,研究了盲孔法测量残余应力过程中外加应力与钻削加工应变的关系。结果表明,加工应变的大小不仅与应力水平有关,而且与应力性质有关。试验获得的钻孔加工应变ε_(pm)与钻孔释放应变△ε之间的关系为一简单的线性关系:ε_(pm)=a△ε+b。武中a、b为测量系数,与钻孔方法、被测材料等因素有关。本关系的获得使得采用刃具钻孔测量残余应力的精度有很大提高。
A new method of drilling calibration, a stress drilling method, was used to study the relationship between applied stress and drilling strain during the measurement of residual stress by the blind hole method. The results show that the size of the processing strain is not only related to the stress level, but also to the nature of stress. The relationship between drilling processing strain ε_ (pm) and drilling release strain △ ε obtained by the experiment is a simple linear relationship: ε_ (pm) = aΔε + b. Wuzhong a, b for the measurement coefficient, and drilling methods, the measured material and other factors. The availability of this relationship has greatly increased the accuracy of measuring residual stress using the cutting tool.
