针对目前煤矿井下乳化液浓度检测方式存在误差大、效率低、不能在线检测等不足,对基于超声波声速法的乳化液浓度在线检测技术进行了研究,对总体设计方案及相应的超声波检测电路,在分析了主要影响因素的基础上,制订了相应的解决方案,设计出乳化液浓度在线检测系统,并在晓南矿进行试验,其测量误差小于4.76%,验证了基于声速法的乳化液浓度在线检测精度较高。
In order to solve the problem that there is error, low efficiency and inability to detect on-line in emulsion concentration detection method in coal mine at present, the on-line emulsion concentration detection technology based on ultrasonic velocity method is studied.
