When we face a city, we are actually facing a system, which can be called one of the most complex and prosperous life systems. Because of this, when dealing with urban issues, we encounter a basic aesthetic limitation: works of art can not be synonymous with a city. In fact, we really need art to provide design services for the urban layout and other urban life areas. Art enables us to understand life and understand the true meaning of life. Art can also explain the relationship between the life of each city resident and the surroundings. It seems that art and life seem to be glue-laden, but seemingly integrated they are not the same thing. Some cities have devoted a great deal of effort to city planning and design, but the result is still unsatisfactory. One of the important reasons is that these urban planners have confused the meaning of art and life. So by separating these confusion, city designers can have better ideas and tactics in urban planning and layout design. Art has its own unique rules and forms. The ethics and essence of human nature can all be embodied in it, and art follows strict rules. In the visual image of cities, it is the visual order.
