发电权交易能够优化资源配置,促进电力工业的节能减排,实现买卖双方及社会的多赢。发电权交易意味着机组出力的变化,从而引起系统潮流的变化,因此交易的形成必须通过阻塞管理环节,以保障系统的安全运行。介绍了发电权交易的背景,指出了发电权交易传统模型的不足之处,并从算法入手进行了改进。由于不同交易在某些阻塞线路上产生的潮流变化有可能反向,根据交易对关键支路潮流变化的影响程度,形成交易匹配对的优先级,缓解易阻塞线路潮流的交易优先进行,以此建立了考虑阻塞的发电权交易改进模型。通过算例对传统模型和改进模型所得到的出清结果和社会效用进行了对比分析。结果表明改进模型的社会效用较传统模型有很大程度的提高,验证了该模型的正确性。
The transaction of power generation rights can optimize the allocation of resources, promote energy conservation and emission reduction in the power industry, and achieve win-win for both buyers and sellers. The transaction of power generation means the change of unit output, which causes the trend of system to change. Therefore, the formation of transaction must block the management link to ensure the safe operation of the system. The background of the transaction of power generation rights is introduced, the shortcomings of the traditional model of power generation transaction are pointed out, and the improvement is made from the algorithm. Due to the possible reversal of the tidal current changes in some blocked lines caused by different transactions, the priority of transaction matching pairs is formed according to the influence of the transaction on the trend changes of the key tributaries, and the transaction easing the trend of the easily blocked lines takes precedence A model of improved transaction of power generation considering congestion is established. Through a case study, the results of the traditional model and the improved model are compared and analyzed. The result shows that the social utility of the improved model is greatly improved compared with the traditional model, and the correctness of the model is verified.
