企业市场营销活动受营销观念的指导和支配,对企业的生存和发展起着至关重要的作用。随着我国改革开放的进一步深入,市场经济得到了快速发展,传统的营销观念和方式已经满足不了现代市场发展需求。因此,要使企业获得可持续发展,改革和创新营销观念,提高企业市场营销能力和水平就显得十分必要。本文主要对企业市场营销中的项目化管理进行深入地分析和探讨,以促使其在企业市场竞争中发挥更全面的作用。
Enterprise marketing activities by the marketing concept of guidance and dominance, the survival and development of enterprises plays a crucial role. With the further deepening of China’s reform and opening up, the market economy has been rapidly developing. The traditional marketing concepts and methods have not satisfied the development needs of the modern market. Therefore, to enable enterprises to obtain sustainable development, reform and innovation of marketing concepts, improve marketing capabilities and level of business is very necessary. This article mainly analyzes and discusses project management in enterprise marketing in order to make it play a more comprehensive role in enterprise market competition.
