随着我国经济社会发展和社会管理制度的日趋灵活、完善,现阶段,流动人员已经成为社会人才流动的正常现象。而对流动人员档案,进行有效管理则是深化人力资源配备、优化人才结构的重要策略。人力资源作为经济、社会发展的重要资源,充分利用好这一资源就成为发展的必然要求。而要做好这一工作,就需要明确管理目标,理顺管理体制,建立符合新形势要求的流动人员档案管理工作的服务形式。通过一系列有效改革措施,最终推动整个档案管理工作顺利开展。
With China’s economic and social development and social management system becoming increasingly flexible and perfect, at this stage, the floating population has become a normal phenomenon of social mobility. However, the effective management of the files of floating people is an important strategy for deepening the allocation of human resources and optimizing the structure of qualified personnel.
