目的 了解海上采油平台人员能量消耗水平、营养与健康状况,为进一步开展营养干预提供科学依据.方法 选择中海油渤西作业区埕北A、B平台采油员工151人为调查对象,采用24h生活观察法对19个岗位进行能量消耗观察;采用3日称重法进行膳食调查;并进行体格检查及血红蛋白、血清维生素A、血糖、血脂、血尿酸等血液生化检查.结果 (1)平台各岗位作业人员平均每人每日能量消耗为12.4MJ.(2)平台员工谷类食物摄入量仅为中国营养学会推荐摄入量的83.4%、奶类及其制品几乎没有摄入;而畜禽肉类、油脂类摄入量均偏高,分别达到推荐摄入量的243.6%和304.8%.(3)平台人员人均每目的 能量、蛋白质和脂肪摄入量偏高,分别为RNI的123.9%、122.2%和219.2%;碳水化合物摄入不足,膳食纤维摄入量仅达到推荐摄入量的58.0%;同时维生素A、B_1、B_2、C的摄入量明显低于推荐摄入量,钙摄入量仅达到推荐量的72.4%,钠摄入量达231.8%.此外,胆固醇平均摄入量超过AI 56.1%.(4)受检人员超重和肥胖的发生率分别为32.1%、15.3%,高血压、高尿酸血症、高胆固醇血症、高甘油三酯血症、低高密度脂蛋白血症的患病率分别为16.2%、12.6%、12.1%、20.7%和39.3%.结论 海上采油平台员工属于中等劳动强度水平,膳食结构不合理,饮食相关慢性疾病发生率较高,应加强营养宣教和适时实施营养干预.“,”Objective To investigate the nutrition status and energy expenditure in workers on offshore oil recovery platforms. Method One hundred fifty one subjects were randomly sampled from the CB-A and CB-B platforms.The 24h observation method was used to collect the information of energy expenditure in 19 duties, and weighting method to collect the food intake record. Physical examination and haemoglobin (Hb), serum vitamin A, glucose (Glu), lipids and uric acid (UA) were measured .Results (1) The average of daily energy expenditure for all duties was around 12.4MJ. (2) The consumption of corn was only 83.4% of the amount recommended by Chinese Nutrition Society, milk and milk products nearly absent, but meat and oil higher, nearly reaching 243.6% and 304.8% respectively. (3) The workers on offshore oil recovery platforms consumed higher intake of energy, protein and fat, reaching 123.9%, 122.2% and 219.2% of RNI respectively. The intake of carbohydrate was inadequate. Dietary fiber was only 58% of the amount recommended. The intake of vitamin A, B_1, B_2 and C was lower than RNI obviously. The intake of calcium was only 72.4% of RNI, but sodium was 231.8%. Furthermore, the average intake of cholesterol exceeded the AI 56.1%. (4) The prevalence of overweight, obesity, hypertension, hyperuricacidemia, hypercholesteremia, hypertriglyceridemia and hypo-high-density-lipoproteinemia was 32.1%, 15.3% , 16.2%, 12.6%, 12.1%, 20.7% and 39.3% respectively. Conclusion The labor intensity of workers on offshore oil recovery platforms is judged to be moderate .Based on irrational dietary pattern and higher incidence of food-related chronic diseases, we should strengthen nutrition education and intervention for the subjects.
