比较了分次大剂量和1次大剂量照射对BT_(325)细胞株的体外致死效应及细胞增殖的抑制作用。结果显示:分次大剂量(600cGy)与1次大剂量(4000cGy)照射有相同的致死效应,BT_(325)细胞数由照射前的5×10~9/L,分别降为4.3×10~7/L和4.0×10~7/L(P>0.05);而对细胞增殖的抑制作用,前者明显优于后者,噻唑蓝OD值分别为0.006±0.001,0.160±0.020(P<0.01)。这说明分次大剂量照射法在体外对肿瘤细胞有与1次大剂量照射同样的杀瘤效应和优于1次大剂量照射的抑制细胞增殖的作用。
The lethal effect and cell proliferation of BT_ (325) cell lines in vitro were compared with those of high-dose and high-dose irradiation. The results showed that the lethal doses of 600 cGy and 4000 cGy had the same lethal effect. The number of BT 325 cells decreased from 5 × 10 9 / L to 4.3 × 10 ~ 7 / L and 4.0 × 10 ~ 7 / L respectively (P> 0.05). The inhibitory effect on cell proliferation was better than the latter, and the OD of thiazolyl was 0.006 ± 0. 0.001, 0.060 ± 0.020 (P <0.01). This shows that sub-divided high-dose irradiation in vitro has the same tumor killing effect with a large dose of irradiation and better than a large dose of radiation to inhibit cell proliferation.
