注意(attention)是心理活动或意识对一定对象的指向与集中[1]。平时我们所讲的注意力一般指随意注意(voluntary at-tention)和持续性注意(sustained attention)的能力。小学生正处于学习和智力发展的关键时期,这一阶段对一个人一生的发展都具有重大的基础意义,而注意是小学生获得知识、掌握技能、完成各种智力操作和学习任务的重要心理条件,所以采用什么样的班主任管理策略来提高小学生注意力,成为我们关注的问题。一、小学生注意的特点总的来说,小学生的神经系统还处于发展阶段,感知觉不精确,时间和空间知觉较模糊,他们观察事物时,往往注意一些孤立的现象,看不出事物间的联系和特点,易把相似的字混淆。看图画往往只注意那些引人注意的地方,不知去观察图画中所要说明的关系。1.小学生的随意注意已开始发展,
