主要研究了Zn-Al-Si合金中含硅量对合金的耐磨性、强度的影响,并讨论了配偶件(盘)硬度及施加于耐磨试样(销)上的载荷对Zn-Al-Si合金磨损的影响。发现适量的硅能有效改善该合金的耐磨性。还对Zn-Al-Si合金进行了变质处理研究,在提高该合金的机械性能方面,获得了积极的结果。
The effects of silicon content in Zn-Al-Si alloy on the wear resistance and strength of Zn-Al-Si alloy were studied. The hardness of the splicer (plate) and the load on the wear-resistant sample -Si alloy wear. Found that the amount of silicon can effectively improve the wear resistance of the alloy. The Zn-Al-Si alloy was also studied for modification, and positive results have been obtained in improving the mechanical properties of the alloy.
