在河北省迁西县板栗产区,每当栗树花谢落,雨季来临的时候,就有一种大型真菌从个别栗树底下探出头来,三五天内就长成象卷心菜那么大灰白色的子实体。当地群众把它叫做栗蘑(即灰树花、莲花菌、贝叶多孔菌)。栗蘑香气诱人,味如鸡丝,脆如玉兰,堪称美味佳肴。因为野生栗蘑很难采到,所以当地群众历来都把它视为珍品,只有当贵客临门或逢年过节的时候,才肯拿出来品尝。
