采用 CaO- Al2O3- SiO_2玻璃陶瓷系统与四方氧化锆多晶 (3YTZP)进行配方筛选,确定了口腔修复用氧化锆增韧玻璃陶瓷的组成范围,并通过差热分析 (DTA)、 X射线衍射 (XRD)等分析手段对材料的晶化特征、晶体结构进行了测定,并对不同 YTZP含量的复合材料的烧结制度做了研究,含量为 15、 30、 45wt% YTZP的复合材料软化温度分别为 1120℃、 1180℃和 1200℃,而最佳烧结温度分别为 1090℃、 1160℃和 1180℃,结合临床条件,含 15wt% YTZP的复合材料有望进行进一步研究,应用于临床。
The composition of zirconia-toughened glass ceramics for dental restoration was determined by CaO-Al2O3-SiO 2 glass-ceramic system and tetragonal zirconia polycrystal (3YTZP). The composition of the glass-ceramics toughened by zirconia was determined by differential thermal analysis (DTA), X-ray diffraction XRD and other analytical methods were used to determine the crystallization characteristics and the crystal structure of the composites. The sintering of composites with different content of YTZP was studied. The softening temperatures of composites containing 15, 30 and 45 wt% YTZP were 1120 ℃, 1180 ℃ and 1200 ℃, respectively. The optimal sintering temperature is 1090 ℃, 1160 ℃ and 1180 ℃, respectively. Combined with clinical conditions, the composite containing 15wt% YTZP is expected to be further studied for clinical application.
