在计算机模拟的基础上,研究了冷变形对优质高强合金GH2132组织、性能的影响,结果表明,在面缩率10%~40%范围内均可得到内外性能均匀的冷拉棒;然而随着冷拉变形量的增加,棒材强度和硬度提高,而塑性逐步显著降低。通过采用合理参数冷拉形变强化后进行时效处理,得到强度达到1100 MPa级别而塑性仍然优良的优质GH2132合金棒材。
On the basis of computer simulation, the effect of cold deformation on microstructure and properties of high-strength high-strength alloy GH2132 was studied. The results showed that cold-drawn rods with uniform internal and external performance were obtained in the range of 10% ~ 40% Cold drawing deformation increases, the bar strength and hardness increase, while the plastic gradually and significantly reduced. Through the use of reasonable parameters of cold-drawn deformation after aging treatment, to obtain the strength of 1100 MPa level and excellent plasticity GH2132 alloy bar.
