本文以盘齿轮的参数化图形为例,分析了组成盘齿轮复合零件图的各种特征图形,探讨了复合零件图的参数化生成方法,讨论了智能化尺寸标准的实现方法。利用本文提出的方法,通过高级语言与AutoCAD的接口所开发的齿轮箱零部件参数化绘图软件已成功用于生产设计中。
In this paper, taking the parameterized graph of disk gear as an example, the paper analyzes all kinds of characteristic graphs of the composite part diagram of disk gear, discusses the method of parametric generation of composite part diagram, and discusses the realization method of intelligent dimension standard. Using the method proposed in this paper, the parametric drawing software for gearbox components developed through the interface between high-level language and AutoCAD has been successfully used in production design.
