本文研究在不使用水泥情况下,利用工业废碱液激发固硫灰制备地聚物胶凝材料,使其与一定粒径的天然骨料拌和,制备新型的免蒸免烧路面透水砖。经过试验表明:使用地聚物胶凝材料26%~30%,天然骨料70%~74%时,在常温常压下振动成型,经过5小时100℃干热养护,所制备固硫灰透水砖的抗压强度和透水系数分别为26.2MPa和1.38×10~(-1)cm/s。
In this paper, we study the use of industrial waste alkali liquor to stimulate the formation of geopolymer cementitious materials without using cement, and mix it with a certain size of natural aggregates to prepare a new type of steam-free, burn-free, burn-through pavement permeable brick. Tests have shown that the use of geopolymer cementitious materials 26% to 30%, natural aggregates 70% to 74%, under normal temperature and pressure vibration molding, after 5 hours 100 °C dry heat curing, the preparation of solid sulfur permeable The compressive strength and permeability coefficient of the brick are 26.2 MPa and 1.38×10-1 cm/s, respectively.
