1.设备综合效率方面的问题作为TPM活动的重要管理项目,“设备综合效率”用来评价设备管理硬和软两个方面的指标.硬的方面,系统地找出阻碍设备综合效率的7大损失,分别用自主维修、计划维修和个别改善的活动进行改善,并将其效果与活动项目相结合,力图达到提高设备综合效率的目的.软的方面,用自主维修活动和计划维修体制等评价和强化企业素质,提高水平已取得共识.但是,设备综合效率不仅是为了设备管理.当做为追求有效的生产系统的重要因素时,根据笔者的体验,有如下的几个问题.①对应要求的生产量,由于操作人员对因生产节拍时间和机动循环时间之差所发生的生产线的综合效率掌握起来比较困难,亦即有必要明确操作等待状态和设备的短暂停机时间.②未使用提高计划停机和管理停机效率的指标,亦即必须把握对于操作时间的设备有效开动率指标.③对以手工作业为主体的装配线不能作出明确的评价,亦即有必要系统地建立人的作业效率和生产线效率的评价指标.④设备综合效率提高了,但向工厂的收益方面反映的少,亦即有必要明确与附加价值额和设备折旧费有关的各项经费等的关系,以及与制造成本间的关系.2.必须增加的补充指标
