目的探讨烧伤的治疗与瘢痕的防治方法。方法利用珍珠烧伤膏、活血止痛烧伤膏(长春烧伤医院自行研制)治疗烧伤,用复春散Ⅱ号(吉林省通化市昌源灼伤癍痕研究所研制)配合手法、弹力套按压治疗瘢痕1200例。结果全部患者取得较好效果,治愈率65%,显效率19%,有效率16%,无效率0。结论烧伤膏治疗烧伤效果好,疗效确切,无不良反应。用复春散Ⅱ号治疗瘢痕方法简单,效果理想,是治疗烧伤后增生性瘢痕的最佳方案。
Objective To investigate the treatment of burn and scar prevention and treatment methods. Methods The burn wounds were treated with Pearl Burn Ointment, Huoxuezhitong Burn Ointment (self-developed by Changchun Burn Hospital), and 1,200 cases of scars were treated with elastic cuff compression with Fuchun Powder II (Changyuan Burns Research Institute of Changyuan, Tonghua City, Jilin Province) . Results All patients achieved good results. The cure rate was 65%, the effective rate was 19%, the effective rate was 16% and the inefficiency rate was 0. Conclusion Burn ointment has a good effect in treating burn, with definite curative effect and no adverse reaction. Treatment of scar with Fuchun San II is simple and effective and is the best treatment for hypertrophic scars after burn.
