目的:探讨栀子水提物的亚慢性毒性。方法:喂饲实验大鼠栀子水提物30d,测定其生长发育、血液学指标、生化指标、脏体比、肝脏组织化学、肝脏光镜和电镜组织学检查。结果:栀子水提物剂量在2.0g/kgBw时,则可引起大鼠生长发育迟缓。肝脏组织化学检查发现,栀子水提物组琥珀酸脱氢酶和葡萄糖-6-磷酸酶活性增加,电镜下可见肝脏双核细胞增多,肝细胞周围血管数量增多,血管明显扩张,肝线粒体肥大,粗面内质网增生。
Objective: To investigate the subchronic toxicity of gardenia water extract. METHODS: The water extract of Gardenia jasminoides was administered for 30 days, and its growth and development, hematological parameters, biochemical indicators, ratio of body and body, liver histochemistry, liver light microscopy and electron microscopy were examined. Results: When the dose of water extract of Gardenia jasminoides was 2.0 g/kg Bw, the growth and development of rats could be delayed.
