目的研究采用多波长高效液相色谱法测定杜仲3类有效成分的效果。方法采用Dionex C18柱以及流动相组成一种甲醇-0.1%磷酸水来进行梯度洗脱操作,对杜仲中的3类有效成分进行测定,分析测定结果。结果进行色谱峰分离的效果较好,多波长高效液相色谱法能够对杜仲中的桃叶珊瑚苷、松脂醇二葡萄糖苷、绿原酸以及京尼平苷酸进行同时测定,其中桃叶珊瑚苷的含量为0.67%,松脂醇二葡萄糖苷的含量为0.45%,绿原酸的含量为3.16%,京尼平苷酸的含量为1.12%。结论多波长高效液相色谱法测定杜仲3类有效成分的效果显著,操作简单,具有较好的重现性,能够为杜仲内在质量的控制提供科学有效的依据。
Objective To study the effect of three active ingredients of Eucommia ulmoides Oliv. Using multi-wavelength high performance liquid chromatography.
