利用随机扩增多态性 DNA ( RAPD)技术分析了红豆杉科 ( Taxaceae)红豆杉属( Taxus)、白豆杉属 ( Pseudotaxus)、穗花杉属 ( Amentotaxus)和榧树属 ( Torreya)的 6种植物 :红豆杉 ( Taxus chinensis( Pilger) Rehd)、南方红豆杉 ( Taxus chinensis var.mairei( Lemee etLevl.) Cheng et Maire Yew )、白豆杉 ( Pseudotaxus chienii ( Cheng) Cheng )、穗花杉( Amentotaxus argotaenia( Hance) Pilger)、云南穗花杉 ( Amentotaxus yunnanensis Cheng etL.K.Fu)和云南榧树 ( Torreya yunnanensis)。经筛选 4组 80个引物 ,其中 1 4个引物的谱带清晰呈多态性。采用 UPGMA法对求出的遗传距离进行聚类分析 ,得到的结果显示 :( 1 )支持红豆杉属 ( Taxus)内南方红豆杉 ( Taxus chinensis var.mairei)作为变种的处理方式。 ( 2 )同意穗花杉属 ( Amentotaxus)置于红豆杉科的观点 ,不支持另立穗花杉属独立成科的处理方式。 ( 3)白豆杉应为红豆杉科内一个属白豆杉属 ( Pseudotaxus)。支持榧树族仅包括榧树属的观点。
The taxa, Taxus, Pseudotaxus, Amentotaxus and Torreya of Taxaceae were analyzed by using random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) Species: Taxus chinensis (Pilger) Rehd, Taxus chinensis var. Mairei (Lemee et. Levl.) Cheng et Maire Yew, Pseudotaxus chienii (Cheng) Cheng, Amentotaxus Argotaenia (Hance) Pilger, Amentotaxus yunnanensis Cheng etL.K.Fu, and Torreya yunnanensis. Four groups of 80 primers were screened, of which 14 bands were clearly polymorphic. The UPGMA method was used to cluster the genetic distances. The results showed that: (1) Taxus chinensis var. Mairei was supported as a variant treatment. (2) Agree with the view that Amentotaxus is placed in Taxaceae and do not support an independent treatment of Acridothera. (3) White yew fir should be a Division Taxus belongs to genus Pseudotaxus (Pseudotaxus). Supports the Sakura tree family only includes the views of the tree.
