文章对山西省农村学校教师教育技术能力培训中存在的问题进行了探讨,从绩效的视角对培训进行了审视和反思,提出应转换教师教育范式,采用生成性培训来提高教师的培训绩效,并对生成性培训的实施过程进行了探究。
This paper discusses the problems existing in the training of teachers ’technical competence in rural schools in Shanxi Province, examines and reflects on the training from the perspective of performance, and proposes that teacher education paradigm should be changed and productive training should be adopted to improve teachers’ training performance. The implementation of generative training was explored.
