利用拉曼光谱法(Raman)、傅里叶变换红外光谱法(FTIR)、热重分析(TGA)和能量分散X-射线荧光光谱法(EDXRF)对一种丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)合金材料样品进行了检测。拉曼光谱分析结果表明,该样品为聚氯乙烯(PVC)/ABS合金,其中含有碳酸钙(CaCO3)填料和阻燃剂三氧化二锑(Sb2O3);而FTIR、TGA和EDXRF测试的结果进一步证明了PVC、CaCO3和Sb2O3的存在;此外,EDXRF检测结果还显示,样品中可能存在溴代阻燃剂。
A kind of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (PPE) was synthesized by Raman spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry (EDXRF) (ABS) alloy material samples were tested. The results of Raman spectroscopy showed that the sample was PVC / ABS alloy containing calcium carbonate (CaCO3) filler and flame retardant antimony trioxide (Sb2O3). The results of the FTIR, TGA and EDXRF tests further Proved the presence of PVC, CaCO3 and Sb2O3; In addition, EDXRF test results also showed that the samples may be brominated flame retardants.
