子宫内膜容受性是指子宫内膜处于一种允许囊胚定位、黏附、侵入并诱导子宫内膜间质发生变化,从而导致胚胎着床的状态。子宫内膜相关因子的表达会随着子宫内膜容受性的变化而变化,并具有严格的时空特异性。目前关于子宫内膜容受性标志物的研究主要涉及到超声形态学、组织形态学、分子生物学、基因组学4个方面。通过对子宫内膜容受性标志物进行研究,不仅能对子宫内膜容受性进行实时监测,而且还能采取相应的措施改善子宫内膜容受性,从而提高辅助生殖技术(ART)中的胚胎种植率。该文从基因水平对子宫内膜容受性相关标志物的研究进展进行综述报道,以供参考。
