工业气体是钢铁企业必不可少的能源介质,其生产过程所需原料是空气,主要消耗的是电能,低耗、绿色生产是工业气体生产企业永恒的主题。以新钢工业气体的生产过程为例,通过热力学有效能分析法,对工业气体生产中压缩空气系统的干燥、输送以及空分系统的空气处理、精馏、产品输送等环节的热力学完善度和节能潜力进行了分析、评价,提出了一系列的节能技术方案,付诸于实践后,运行稳定,节能效果显著。
