数十年来我们对沈阳军区各部门组织的大型会议进行了饮食卫生监督工作。会议期间,由于与会人员量大集中,饮食服务任务繁重,同时个别饮食服务单位存在设施不完善、人员素质不高、领导重视不够、侥幸心理等原因,致使食物中毒事故难免发生。在这种情况下就需要有专门的防疫技术人员在现场监督指导,会前提出具体的卫生要求;监督期间及时指出发现的问題并提出具体的改进意见,解决问题,最大限度地降低
For decades, we conducted diet hygiene supervision on large-scale meetings organized by various departments of the Shenyang Military Region. During the meeting, food poisoning accidents inevitably occurred because of the large concentration of participants, the heavy workload of catering services, the imperfect facilities of individual catering service units, the low quality of personnel, insufficient attention of leaders, and so on. In this case, specialized epidemic prevention technicians will be required to supervise and guide on the spot and make specific health requirements before the meeting; to promptly identify the problems discovered during the supervision period and make specific suggestions for improvement, solve the problems and minimize the risks
