第一条本条例系根据中国人民政治协商会议共同纲领第二十五条之原则制定之。第二条凡人民解放军及人民公安部队中一切取得军籍的人员,其家属得享受本条例规定之优待。第三条本条例所称革命军人家属(以下简称军属),系指与军人同居之直系血亲、配偶及依靠军人生活之十六岁以下的弟妹,或军人自幼曾依靠其抚养长大现在又必须依靠军人生活的其他亲属。第四条军属需凭革命军人所在部队团以上政治机关的证明文件取得军属资格。如部队证明一时无法取得者,得由村人民代表会或村人民政府证明,经县(市)人民政府批准,暂按军属优待。女革命军人的娘家或夫家何方应取得军属资格。由女军人自定,于证件上注明。未证明者依群众习惯决定之。
Article 1 This Ordinance is formulated in accordance with the principle of Article 25 of the Common Program of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference. Article 2 All officers of the People’s Liberation Army and the People’s Public Security Forces who obtain military service shall enjoy the preferential treatment provided by these Regulations. If the troops can not obtain the temporary evidence, the people’s deputies or village people’s government shall prove that the county (city) people’s government approves the temporary military superiority. Female Revolutionary Army’s maiden or husband should obtain military status. Made by female soldiers, marked on the documents. Unverified people are determined by the people’s habits.
