针对地质矿产部矿产综合利用研究所对攀西地区的钒钛磁铁矿表外矿所进行的大量研究工作提出的粗磨磁选抛尾的新工艺,地质矿产部勘探技术研究所选矿设备研究室和矿产综合利用研究所共同研制了一种新型实验室感应辊式SSQ—φ275强磁选机。该机设计上有如下特点:采用“口”字型闭路磁系,磁路短,漏磁少,没有非工作间隙,磁能利用率高。分选区的磁包角较大,分选区较长。感应
Aiming at the new technology of coarse grinding and magnetic separation tailing proposed by the Institute of Mineral Comprehensive Utilization of Geology and Mineral Resources on the off-table mining of vanadium-titanium magnetite in Panxi area, the research on the beneficiation equipment of the Institute of Exploration Technology of Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources Room and Institute of Mineral Utilization jointly developed a new type of laboratory roller SSQ-φ275 strong magnetic separator. The machine has the following characteristics of the design: the use of “mouth” type closed-circuit magnetic system, magnetic circuit is short, less leakage, there is no non-work space, high utilization of magnetic energy.
