使用丹麦ABL-30型酸碱气体分析仪对37例危重患儿脑部疾病者同步进行动脉血液气体分析(简称血气)与脑脊液酸碱气体分析(简称脑气).血pH 值异常者占59.5%,脑气pH 值异常者占70.3%;血pH 值大于脑脊液pH 值.提示脑脊液pH 值变化较血pH 改变出现早,危重疾病对脑细胞功能损害更严重.神志改变组与神清组pH 均值比较有非常显著差异(P<0.01).认为脑脊液pH 下降,既是疾病病理生理变化的结果,又可加重意识障碍,此时若能及时采取措施,使其逆转,纠正脑脊液pH,有助于病情好转.本文认为,此时若能测定脑脊液气体比血气分析更有价值.
