本文通过放射自显术显示皮下注射二亚硝基哌嗪后大鼠的鼻咽、食管、软腭和前胃等上皮早期的 DNA 合成水平变化和在大鼠的上述器官以及鼻甲上皮的 UDS 诱导效应。对比发癌与非发癌器官上皮的 DNA 合成水平的动态变化及 UDS 现象,试图阐明二亚致癌作用器官亲和性的机制。
In this paper, the changes of DNA synthesis level in rat nasopharynx, esophagus, soft palate and anterior gland epithelium and other epithelial cells after subcutaneous injection of dinitrosopiperazine were observed by autoradiography, and the effect of UDS induction on the above organ and turbinate epithelium in rats . By comparing the dynamic changes of DNA synthesis and UDS in the carcinogenesis and non-cancerous organ epithelium, this paper attempts to elucidate the mechanism of organ affinities of carcinogenesis in sub-region of Asia.
