目的分析129例中药不良反应的发生原因,为临床医生使用中药提供参考。方法检索我市医疗单位2010~2011年发生的129例中药不良反应进行系统性的归纳分析,探讨其原因。结果 129例中药不良反应按WTO不良反应严重程度分级:I级2例(1.55%)II级37例(28.68%)III级65例(50.39%)IV级25例(19.38%)。其中60岁以上患者65例占(50.39%),药物剂型以中药注射剂型最常见78例占(60.47%),不良反应中累及器官以皮肤及附件最多49例占(37.98%),其次为引起药物热37例占(28.68%)。结论中药不良反应以老年人多见,注射剂发生不良反应的概率较高且较严重,不良反应主要累及皮肤及其附件。
Objective To analyze the causes of 129 cases of traditional Chinese medicine adverse reactions and provide references for clinicians to use traditional Chinese medicine. Methods A retrospective analysis of 129 adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) occurred in medical units in our city from 2010 to 2011 was conducted to investigate the causes. Results The adverse reactions of 129 Chinese medicines were graded according to the severity of adverse drug reactions (WTA). Grade I 2 cases (1.55%) Class II 37 cases (28.68%) III 65 cases (50.39%) Class IV 25 cases (19.38%). Among them, 65 cases accounted for 50.39% of the patients over the age of 60, the most common 78 cases (60.47%) were in the form of Chinese medicine injection, the most cases were 49 cases (37.98%), 37 cases of drug fever (28.68%). Conclusion Adverse reactions to traditional Chinese medicine are more common in the elderly. The probability of adverse reactions of injection is higher and more serious. Adverse reactions mainly involve the skin and its appendages.
