在实验室模拟CSP工艺条件下制备了取向硅钢,研究了二次冷轧中间退火工艺对组织和织构的影响。结果表明,中间退火温度对取向硅钢脱碳,高温退火组织及织构均产生明显影响。经940℃中间退火后,取向硅钢脱碳再结晶晶粒较850℃中间退火的多,且再经高温退火处理后,晶粒粗化,最大晶粒尺寸达4.8 mm;高斯织构组分密度达27.00,较850℃中间退火试样高。
Oriented silicon steel was prepared under simulated CSP conditions in laboratory. The effects of secondary annealing process on microstructure and texture were studied. The results show that the intermediate annealing temperature has significant effect on the decarburization and high temperature annealing of oriented silicon steel. After intermediate annealing at 940 ℃, the grains of oriented silicon steel decarburization recrystallized more than 850 ℃ intermediate annealing, and then after high temperature annealing, the grain coarsening, the maximum grain size of 4.8 mm; Gaussian texture component density Up to 27.00, higher than 850 ℃ intermediate annealing sample.
