作者对简阳城区某厂2249名职工,以 MOPSY(1988)为主测量心理社会因素。34项生活事件中两年内发生频率最高的为工作负担显著增加(44.91%)和夫妻严重争执(41.22%)等。人均发生频数为3.90次。正相关因素有性别、A 型性格和工厂作变换。评分系统以综合加权法为佳(b′=0.2559～0.2841)。生活事件频数比项目数包含更多的信息。躯体和心理社会紧张反应的影响因素有所不同,而生活事件的贡献均为最大。
The author measured the psychosocial factors of 2249 employees in a factory in Jianyang City, mainly using MOPSY (1988). Among the 34 life events, the highest frequency of occurrence was the significant increase in work burden (44.91%) and serious disputes between husband and wife (41.22%). The per capita frequency was 3.90. Positive related factors include gender, type A personality, and factory transformation. The scoring system is better by the comprehensive weighting method (b’=0.2559-0.2841). The frequency of life events contains more information than the number of items. The influence factors of physical and psychosocial tension are different, and the contribution of life events is the largest.
