中国质量协会2010年发布的《2009年钢铁行业用户满意度测评报告》指出,我国钢铁行业整体用户满意度处于中等偏低水平(具体评分见表一),各钢种的用户满意度差异较大,钢铁产品整体质量档次不高,服务质量评价低于产品质量。机械性能、表面质量是用户最为关注的质量特性,用户希望我国钢材重点要集中在工艺改进、新产品开发、代替国外产品上。
