法律人职业道德是构成整个社会道德体系有机而特殊的组成部分,它能否被遵守直接关系到国家法制的威信及法治能否取得成功.我国法律人职业道德主要由法律信仰、人格独立、公平正义、职业荣誉与责任感、"民本"思想构成.生成环境主要包括历史文化环境、公民法律意识、职业道德风险等.法律人只有明确了这些内容,才可能真正自觉遵守、丰富法律入的职业道德.
