目的:探讨3D动脉自旋标记成像(ASL)全脑灌注成像技术在脑胶质瘤分级中的应用价值。方法:对25例经手术病理证实的低级别脑胶质瘤(Ⅰ~Ⅱ级,9例),高级别脑胶质瘤(Ⅲ~Ⅳ级,16例)行3D-ASL脑灌注成像扫描,测量各级别脑胶质瘤的脑血流量(CBF)及相对脑血流量(r CBF白质和r CBF灰质),并评价它们间的差异性。结果:高级别脑胶质瘤的CBF及r CBF白质、r CBF灰质均大于低级别胶质瘤,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:3D-ASL脑灌注成像技术在评价脑胶质瘤的分级中具有重要应用价值。
Objective: To investigate the value of whole-artery perfusion imaging with 3D arterial spin-labeled imaging (ASL) in glioma grading. Methods: Thirty-five patients with low-grade glioma (Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ grade, 9 cases) and high grade gliomas (Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ grade, 16 cases) proved by pathology were scanned with 3D- Cerebral blood flow (CBF) and relative cerebral blood flow (r CBF white matter and r CBF gray matter) at all levels of gliomas were measured and their differences assessed. Results: High-grade gliomas showed higher CBF, r CBF white matter and r CBF gray matter than low-grade gliomas (P <0.001). Conclusion: 3D-ASL cerebral perfusion imaging has important value in the evaluation of glioma grading.
