目的采用固相微萃取-气相/质谱(SPME-GC/MS)联用技术分析零陵香挥发性成分。方法利用75μm碳分子筛/聚二甲基硅氧烷(75μm CAR/PDMS)、65μm二乙烯基苯/聚二甲基硅氧烷(65μm DVB/PDMS)、85μm聚丙烯酸酯(85μm PA)和100μm聚二甲基硅氧烷(100μm PDMS)共4种不同涂层的固相微萃取(SPME)萃取头,在最佳条件下,分别对零陵香挥发性成分进行萃取,并通过气相/质谱(GC/MS)联用分析检测其化学成分。结果零陵香挥发性成分SPME关键参数为:萃取温度80℃、时间50 min。4种萃取头共检出零陵香挥发性成分10类103种,酚类、酯类和烃类化合物是零陵香挥发性成分的主要化学类型。4种萃取头检出共有成分6种,分别为葫芦巴内酯、二氢猕猴桃内酯、(+)-雪松醇、植酮、菲、3-氨基-4,5-二甲基-2(5H)-呋喃酮;各萃取头中75μm CAR/PDMS萃取头检出挥发性成分数量最多。结论本文首次采用SPME-GC/MS对零陵香挥发性成分进行测定。该方法简单、快速、准确,为零陵香物质基础研究提供参考借鉴。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the volatile components of Lingoluxiang by SPME-GC / MS. Methods 75 μm carbon molecular sieve / polydimethylsiloxane (75 μm CAR / PDMS), 65 μm divinylbenzene / polydimethylsiloxane (65 μm DVB / PDMS), 85 μm polyacrylate (85 μm PA) and 100 μm (100μm PDMS) were used to extract four kinds of solid-phase microextraction (SPME) heads with different coatings. Under the best conditions, the volatile components of Lingoluxiang were extracted and analyzed by gas chromatography / mass spectrometry (GC / MS) combined analysis of its chemical composition. Results The main parameters of SPME for volatile components of Ling-ling were: extraction temperature 80 ℃, time 50 min. There were 103 kinds of 10 kinds of volatile components of Linglingxiang were detected by 4 kinds of extraction heads. Phenols, esters and hydrocarbons were the main chemical types of volatile components of Linglingxiang. There were 6 common constituents detected in 4 kinds of extraction heads, which were fenugrelide, dihydro kiwi lactone, (+) - cedrol, phytonide, phenanthrene, 3-amino-4,5-dimethyl-2 5H) -furanone. The highest content of volatile components was detected in 75 μm CAR / PDMS heads in each extraction head. Conclusion The first time using SPME-GC / MS to determine the volatile components of Lingling. The method is simple, rapid and accurate, providing a reference for the basic research of Linglingxiang material.
