职业化经理不是现在一般意义上的国有企业厂长、经理。职业经理应当是推动企业走向全球化,受过良好教育、积极进取,具备在复杂、混乱及动荡不安的国际环境中有效领导企业的能力,在世界范围成功管理企业的领导者。职业经理不是天生的,丰富的工作经历,对于形成一个全球性意识来说是不可替代的。职业经理要在复杂、多变的国际环境中有效地领导企业,在世界范围内成功地管理企业,就必须具备超凡能力。美国艾莫利大学教授杰弗利·罗森史威格认为,职业经理应当具备7种能力素质。 一.接受过广博的教育。在广博的教育中最主要的是全球化思考能力与策略化思考能力,以及综合的商业教育。全球化思考能力与策略化思考能力是指善于在全球背景下的思维、多因素复合思考。综合的商业教育则是指要有广泛的商业知识和能力,如懂得财务、生产、营销、
