巴戟素是从中药巴戟天中提取的一种糖甙类单体物。本实验采用生化检测和放射性核素示踪法 ,探讨巴戟素对缺血 /缺氧性脑损伤保护作用的机制。结果显示 :巴戟素可提高急性脑缺血衰老大鼠脑组织超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化酶 (GSH -Px)活性 (P <0 .0 1) ,减少过氧化脂质 (LPO)含量 (P<0 .0 5) ;能增加老龄小鼠脑组织葡萄糖含量 (P <0 .0 1) ;但对急性脑缺血衰老大鼠脑组织一氧化氮 (NO)含量无明显影响 (P >0 .0 5)。提示巴戟素对缺血性脑损伤保护作用的机制与抗脑组织的脂质过氧化作用及改善脑组织葡萄糖代谢有关。
Bajisu is a sugar glycoside monomer extracted from the traditional Chinese medicine Morinda officinalis. In this experiment, biochemical tests and radionuclide tracer methods were used to investigate the protective mechanism of baclofen on ischemia/hypoxic brain injury. The results showed that: baclofen can increase the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) in the brain tissue of rats with acute cerebral ischemia (P < 0.01). Oxidized lipids (LPO) content (P<0.05); increased glucose content in aged mice brain tissue (P < 0.01); but acute cerebral ischemia in aging rats brain nitric oxide (NO ) The content had no significant effect (P > 0.05). It is suggested that the mechanism of the protective effect of meloquinone on ischemic brain injury is related to the anti-lipid peroxidation of brain tissue and the improvement of glucose metabolism in brain tissue.
