本文详细分析了应用于电控柴油喷射系统中的环形多极高速强力电磁阀的结构特点,建立了相应的动态响应特性模型,仿真结果证明了该模型的正确性。该模型可应用于同类型电磁阀结构的选型、参数修正及动态仿真分析,便于对电磁阀的进一步设计改进工作。
In this paper, the structural characteristics of toroidal multi-pole high-speed powerful solenoid valve used in electronically controlled diesel injection system are analyzed in detail. The corresponding dynamic response model is established. The simulation results show the correctness of the model. The model can be applied to the same type of solenoid valve structure selection, parameter correction and dynamic simulation analysis, to facilitate the further design and improvement of the solenoid valve.
