本文通过255米~3高炉几次破损调查工作,对该高炉入炉原料的组成结构与高炉冶炼的关系及高碱金属负荷高炉中有害元素在炉内的赋存状态进行了探讨:同时论述了炉衬寿命与冷却结构型式及操作之间的关系。调查得出该高炉炉身冷却结构型式合理并值得推广:在保证生铁质量的前题下,适当降低炉渣碱度,采取炉外硫脱措施,方能提高排碱能力。
In this paper, the damage investigation of several blast furnaces in 255m ~ 3 was carried out. The relationship between the composition of blast furnace raw materials and the blast furnace smelting and the occurrence of harmful elements in blast furnace with high alkali metal load in the furnace were discussed. Lining life and cooling structure and operation of the relationship between the type. Investigation concluded that the blast furnace shaft cooling structure is reasonable and worth promoting: In ensuring the quality of pig iron, the appropriate reduction of slag alkalinity, sulfur removal measures taken outside the furnace, in order to improve the alkali discharge capacity.
