目前社会各界十分关注企业对社会责任的承担,但对商业银行社会责任的承担却鲜有提及,然而商业银行作为金融系统的重要组成部分,在防范金融危机方面有着重要的作用,因此,必须对商业银行社会责任予以界定,并分析其内容,同时借鉴国外商业银行履行社会责任的经验,为我国商业银行社会责任的承担提供对策建议。 At present, people from all walks of life pay great attention to enterprises’ commitment to social responsibility, but they rarely mention their commitment to social responsibility.
